Patricia Sue Frazier, age 73, of Summertown, TN passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her residence.

She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Maury Regional Medical Center, and a member of Chapel Grove Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Farris and Cleo Adams Powell.

She is survived by her husband: Eddie Frazier, Summertown, TN; two daughters: Terri Darnell (Terry), and Carla Rogers (Eddie), Summertown, TN; one son: Philip Frazier (April), Summertown, TN; six grandchildren: Clint Darnell, Caroline Darnell, Bo Rogers, Drew Rogers, Allyson Frazier, and Jake Frazier, all of Summertown, TN; four sisters: Betty Jensen, Barbara Smith (Delmer), Elaine Moore (Bobby), and Jane Chum (Archie), all of Summertown, TN; special friend: Joan Nelson, Ethridge, TN.

Funeral services for Patricia Sue Frazier were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018, with William Davis officiating. Interment followed at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
