Blakley Remi Page, infant daughter of Danielle Urban of Loretto, TN and Mason Blake Page of Iron City, TN, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Along with her parents, she is survived by one sister: Jacey O’Brien; one brother: Jagger Page.

Graveside services and interment for Blakley Remi Page were conducted at Cedar Grove Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, with Tim Cunningham officiating.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
