2019 ANNUAL AGENCY PLAN
LAWRENCEBURG HOUSING AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Lawrenceburg
Housing Authority, the citizens of Lawrenceburg, and all persons
interested, that the housing authority is required by the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and
Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act
of 1998 Interim Rule to submit a Public Housing Agency Plan.

Further, the Agency Plan shall consist of an Annual Plan for the
upcoming fiscal year 2019. The Annual Plan provides details
about the housing authority’s immediate operations, program
participants, programs and services, and the housing authority’s
strategy for handling operational concerns, residents’ concerns
and needs, programs and services for the upcoming fi scal year.

Prior to submission of the Agency Plan to HUD, we are soliciting
comments and suggestions. We will be conducting a Public
Hearing on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.,
at Lawrenceburg Housing Authority, 1020 Smith Avenue,
Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to discuss the proposed plans. All
residents are encouraged to attend.

written comments regarding the Annual Agency Plans to
