Coy Wayne “Corky” Matney, age 69, of Leoma, TN, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 at NHC in Franklin.
He was born in Lawrenceburg, TN and a Master Mason. He worked as a Union painter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Paul & Minnie Bell Matney, brother Fred Matney, sister Martha Ann Ireland, and wife Melba Jean Matney.
He is survived by son Shane Matney, daughter Dawn Cross Matney, three grandchildren; Aubrie Reece Brown, Maggie Blaze & Wiley James Matney, Daughter-in-Law Danielle Baldwin Matney, and Special cousins; Imogene Bolin, Bill Bolin, Zan Speight, Velvet Johnson, and nieces Pam Harmond, Zan Miller & Linda Cromwell.
Arrangements for Coy Wayne “Corky” Matney are being handled by Alternative Cremation & Funeral in Franklin, TN. Visitors are welcome Sunday, August 12th at 2p.m. at the family home in Leoma, TN.
