BEER BOARD MEETING

To whom it may concern:

The following has applied for an on and
off premises permit to sell beer in a
store. Harsh K. Patel, Specter Inc. will
operate, if granted the permit, under the
name of 101, 1364 Lexington Hwy.,
Loretto, TN 38469.

The Beer Board of Lawrence County will
hold a public hearing on August 24th,
2018 at 9:00 A.M. in the public conference
room located on the second floor of the
Lawrence County Administrative Center.
The applicant applying for said permit
must be present or application will be
delayed until a later board meeting. Any
persons wishing to be heard on these
matters personally or by an attorney may
appear and be heard at this time.

Public Utilities regular monthly meeting is
scheduled for August 23, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
The Board meets each month to discuss
and handle all business that pertains to
the functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility
Systems, as may be deemed necessary
for the operation of the Utility Systems.
