Florence I. Willard, age 83, of Salt Springs, FL, formerly of Lawrenceburg, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Estelle’s House in Ocala, FL.

She was a native of Laurens County, GA, a homemaker, and a member of Forrest Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Apopka, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Clinton and Verlie Jane Evans Watson; her husband, Kenneth R. Willard; one son, Don Roberts; and one daughter, Norma Gray.

She is survived by sons Micheal Willard of Tennessee, Billy Willard of Florida, Ray Willard of Kentucky; daughters: Betty Platt of Florida, MaryAnn Buckley of Ohio; two sisters: Omie Banks and Cleo Gilliland both of Florida; one brother: Richard Watson of Florida; 20 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild.

Funeral services for Florence I. Willard were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2018, with Louie Napier officiating. Interment followed at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg. Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
