Jim Couch, 83 of Five Points, TN, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 at home after an extended illness.

He was a native of Lawrence Co, retired from Murray Ohio and a member of Appleton Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife: Margaret Powell Couch of Five Points, TN; son: William Jeffrey Couch of Five Points, TN; daughters: Karen Tomlin of Five Points, TN, and Janet Green of Leoma, TN; sister: June Reedy of Five Points, TN; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Jim Couch will be held today, August 29, 2018 at Appleton Church of Christ at 1:00 p.m. with Richard Durham officiating. Burial to follow in Dobbin Cemetery.
