Tim Mattox, age 63 of Lawrenceburg, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at ECM after a brief illness.

He was a native of Lawrence County, a truck driver, and of the non-denominational faith.

He is survived by his wife: Jackie Mattox of Lawrenceburg; two sons: Ben Mattox (Tiffany) of Beauville, NC and Bill Mattox (Shalee) of Five Points, TN; one step son: Joe Brown (Emily) of Lawrenceburg; two daughters: Marcie Baker (Greg) of Michie, TN and Hannah Mattox of Lawrenceburg; one step daughter: Lynn Johnson (Patrick) of Lawrenceburg; three sisters: Patricia Suggs of Montgomery, AL, Geraldine Prince of Lawrenceburg, and Nancy Verdine of Greenhill, AL; faithful furry friend: Max; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life for Tim Mattox will be held today, Sunday, September 9, 2018 at The Way Church at 2:00 p.m. with Ralph Creekmore, Larry Creekmore, & Grant Pavy officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at The Way Church.
