The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to Andre Paul McNeal, Jr., Xavier Andrew Preston McNeal, and Isreal Carter McNeal. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon S. Craig Moore, Attorney for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, 1400 College park Drive, Ste. A, Columbia, Tennessee 38401, (931-247-0921), an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights filed by the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann 36-1-117 (n) and Tennessee R. Civ. P. 55 for the relief demanded in the Petition. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently-filed legal documents at the Lawrence County Chancery Court Clerk and Master’s Office in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Be Advised your parental rights to your children can be terminated for, among other things:
1. Willfully failing to pay child support regularly for four consecutive months, or failure to pay more than a small amount of support if you have the ability to pay;
2. Willfully failing to regularly visit your children for four consecutive months;
3. Failing to complete the responsibilities required of you on the permanency plan (copies of the permanency plans being available to you from the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services); and/or
4. Failing to manifest, by act or omission, an ability and willingness to personally assume legal and physical custody or financial responsibility of your children.
(This is not an exhaustive list of ground for which your parental rights can be terminated.)

This notice is given to all of the above whose whereabouts are unknown and to the unknown heirs at law and
distributes of any of the above parties who might be dead and to all parties in interest, owning or claiming any
interest in the respective parcels assessed to the above named parties for the taxes for the year 2016.
In the above styled cause, it satisfactorily appearing from allegations properly sworn to under T.C.A. 21-1-203 that
the defendants or their heirs, distributes or representatives are non-residents or service of process by certified mail
has been unclaimed, or that their locations are unknown so that ordinary process of this court cannot be served upon
them. It is therefore ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks in the Lawrence County Advocate,
a newspaper of general circulation published in Lawrence County, TN, notifying them or their representatives to file
a written plea or answer to the complaint in the cause with the Court at the Courthouse in Lawrenceburg, TN and
serve a copy thereof with Plaintiff’s tax attorney, W. Charles Holt of Lawrenceburg, TN on or before 30 days from
September 12, 2018. If you fail to do so the plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment by default against you for the
relief demanded in the complaint and this cause will be set for hearing ex parte. The defendant taxpayer may have
the suit dismissed as to his property by paying into the court all outstanding 2016 taxes, penalties and all costs. In
the event the delinquent taxpayer has neither paid the delinquent taxes and penalties against his property nor has
made any defenses on his behalf, the property then becomes subject to sale for the payment of the taxes and costs.

South Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) is seeking a
Systems Administrator with Full Stack PHP/JavaScript/SQL experience.
This position will be responsible for maintaining multiple servers, both
Microsoft and Linux, in both physical and virtual server environments,
maintaining PHP, SQL, and JavaScript processes, and the associated
Microsoft SQL and MySQL databases for the South Central Tennessee
Development District and Public Transportation System across the 13
county region. Some travel may be involved. Bachelor’s degree in
computer science or related field (a minimum of 5 years of experience
may be substituted). Minimum 3 years of experience in programming
and supporting production LAMP architectures required. Microsoft
SQL Server Database and MySQL applications (troubleshoot and
maintain complex SQL, and stored procedures). The successful
applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as
teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, planning, and organizational
skills. Certificati ons pertaining to Microsoft, Linux, programming, or
databases considered a strong asset. A complete job descripti on is

to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening. The selected
