Irene Clanton, age 90 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on September 10, 2018.

She was a member of Deerfield Baptist Church and a member of the Embroider Guild of America.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Clanton; father and mother, Charlie and Myrtle Gallaher; son, Danny Keith Clanton.

She is survived by her nephew: Jerry Dale Conway of Onalaska, WI; nieces: Jane Dicus of Clifton, TN and Jeanine Daniel; great nephew: Dale Dicus and numerous other nieces and nephews.

A chapel service for Irene Clanton was held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel at 11:00 am on September 13, 2018 with Bro. Chad Clanton and Bro. Jerry Mclain officiating. Burial followed in Deerfield Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to www.pettusturnbo.com Arrangements by Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home.
