ADVANCE SELF STORAGE
INITIAL RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ISSUE NOT TO EXCEED
FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($5,250,000) OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE CITY OF
LAWRENCEBURG, TENNESSEE
WHEREAS, the Board of Mayor and Council (the “Governing Body”) of the
City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee (the “Issuer”) has determined that it is necessary to
borrow funds and incur indebtedness for certain public works projects as described
in Section 9-21-105 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, as amended, including but
not limited to, the acquisition of land, site work, and the construction, renovation,
and equipping of schools, including but not limited to, post-secondary educational
facilities, the construction, renovation, paving and equipping of roads and bridges
and other improvements, buildings and facilities and parks for general governmental
purposes, and the acquisition of vehicles and/or equipment for the public works and
public safety departments of the Issuer; and
WHEREAS, the Issuer is authorized by Sections 9-21-101 et seq. of the
Tennessee Code Annotated to issue bonds for such purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mayor and Council
of the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, as follows:
Section 1. That it is necessary and desirable and in the best interests
of the citizens of the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee that the Issuer borrow funds
and incur indebtedness (i) for certain public works projects as described in Section
9-21-105 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, as amended, including but not limited
to, the acquisition of land, site work, and the construction, renovation, and equipping
of schools, including but not limited to, post-secondary educational facilities, the
construction, renovation, paving and equipping of roads and bridges and other
improvements, buildings and facilities and parks for general governmental purposes,
and the acquisition of vehicles and/or equipment for the public works and public
safety departments of the Issuer (the “Project”); (ii) to pay legal, fi scal, administrative,
architectural and engineering costs of the Project; and (iii) to pay and costs incident to
the issuance and sale of its general obligation bonds to be issued for such purposes.
Section 2. That the Governing Body of the Issuer hereby determines
pursuant to the authority of Sections 9-21-101 et seq. of the Tennessee Code
Annotated, as amended, that the Issuer shall issue its general obligation bonds for
the Project and for other purposes stated above in an aggregate amount not-to-
exceed $5,250,000, that such bonds will bear interest at such rate or rates not-to-
exceed 6.00%, and that such bonds shall be payable, both principal and interest,
from ad valorem taxes levied without limitation as to rate or amount upon all taxable
property in the Issuer.
Section 3. That the bonds may be issued in one or more emissions
either separately or as part of one or more larger bond issues which may include
bonds of the Issuer being issued for other purposes and/or under other authorizing
resolutions and statutes.
The foregoing resolution shall be published in full once in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee together with the
following notice:

The foregoing resolution has been adopted. Unless within twenty (20) days from
the date of the publication hereof, a petition signed by at least ten percent (10%) of
the registered voters of the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee shall have been filed
with the City Administrator/City Recorder of the City of Lawrenceburg protesting the
issuance of the general obligation bonds, such bonds will be issued as proposed.

South Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) is seeking a
Systems Administrator with Full Stack PHP/JavaScript/SQL experience.
This position will be responsible for maintaining multiple servers, both
Microsoft and Linux, in both physical and virtual server environments,
maintaining PHP, SQL, and JavaScript processes, and the associated
Microsoft SQL and MySQL databases for the South Central Tennessee
Development District and Public Transportation System across the 13
county region. Some travel may be involved. Bachelor’s degree in
computer science or related field (a minimum of 5 years of experience
may be substituted). Minimum 3 years of experience in programming
and supporting production LAMP architectures required. Microsoft
SQL Server Database and MySQL applications (troubleshoot and
maintain complex SQL, and stored procedures). The successful
applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as
teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, planning, and organizational
skills. Certificati ons pertaining to Microsoft, Linux, programming, or
databases considered a strong asset. A complete job descripti on is
