He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, and a member of Cloverdale Congregational Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Rosie Howell Hedgepeth
He is survived by two sisters: Lucy Prentice, Lawrenceburg, TN and Susie Clary, Franklin, TN; several nieces and nephews.
