The City of Loretto will hold a public
meeting on Monday, November 19,
2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Loretto
City Hall to discuss the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program administered by the Tennessee
Department of Economic and Community
Development. The purpose of this
meeting is to review the guidelines of the
program and to solicit input from area
residents regarding potential uses of
CDBG funds. CDBG funds can be used
for water line extensions, sewer system
improvements, housing rehabilitation, or
other community development projects
such as fire protection, rural health
departments, etc.
All residents with potential projects are
encouraged to attend this meeting, or
mail suggestions to the City Manager’s
office, Loretto City Hall, 415 N Military
Street, Loretto, TN 38467. Mailed
suggestions must be received before the
time of the meeting. The City of Loretto
does not discriminate. The location of
the meeting is accessible to persons with

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 03/10/2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded 03/11/2010, in BK/PG 338/415-421 Instrument No.10001128, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Jonathan B.
