will be publicly opened immediately

Special Notice November 29, 2018 Meeting
Public Notice of Regular Meetings of the Board of
Utilities of the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Utilities
regular monthly meeting is scheduled for November
29, 2018 at 5:00 pm. The Board meets each month to
discuss and handle all business that pertains to the
functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, as may
be deemed necessary for the operation of the Utility
Systems.
The next scheduled Board meeting is November
29, 2018 at 5:00 pm in the City Council Room in
Lawrenceburg Municipal Complex, 25 Public Square,
Lawrenceburg, TN.

Sunshine Law of the State of Tennessee.
Notice of Public Meeting
The City of Loretto will hold a public
meeting on Monday, November 19,
2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Loretto
City Hall to discuss the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program administered by the Tennessee
Department of Economic and Community
Development. The purpose of this
meeting is to review the guidelines of the
program and to solicit input from area
residents regarding potential uses of
CDBG funds. CDBG funds can be used
for water line extensions, sewer system
improvements, housing rehabilitation, or
other community development projects
such as fi re protection, rural health
departments, etc.
All residents with potential projects are
encouraged to attend this meeting, or
mail suggestions to the City Manager’s
offi ce, Loretto City Hall, 415 N Military
Street, Loretto, TN 38467. Mailed
suggestions must be received before the
time of the meeting. The City of Loretto
does not discriminate. The location of
the meeting is accessible to persons with

PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF
LAWRENCEBURG
Please take notice that the Industrial Development Board of
the City of Lawrenceburg will hold an open public meeting on
Thursday, November 15, 2018 commencing at 12:00 pm local
time at the City Administration Building in the Council Meeting
Room 25 Public Square, Lawrenceburg, TN to consider a
Resolution providing for the acquisition by the Industrial
Development Board of the City of Lawrenceburg (the “Issuer”),
of real property, improvements and equipment located and to
be located at 208 Commerce Way, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee,
and a lease thereof to Volunteer Industrial, LLC with respect
to the land and improvements thereon and a lease to H&M
Bay, Inc. with respect to the equipment; approval of such lease
agreements, and agreement for payment in lieu of ad valorem
taxes with Volunteer Industrial, LLC and equipment agreement
for Payment in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes with H&M Bay, Inc. and
authorization for the issuer to take such other action as may
be necessary for completion of the transactions contemplated
thereby.
The Board may further undertake consideration and action upon
any and all other matters relating to the foregoing and such
other actions as are necessary to consummate the foregoing or
any other matters not related to the foregoing to properly come
before the Board.
