The Board of County Commissioners of
Lawrence County, Tennessee will meet in
Special Session on Tuesday, December
18, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. at the Courthouse
in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, in order to
consider the following agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Invocation
3. Pledge of Allegiance
4. Consideration of a resolution authorizing
the issuance of School Bonds.
The public is invited to attend this meeting
as well as all meetings of the Board of
County Commissioners.

On 11/7/2018, an application was
fi led with the Federal Communications
Commission for authority to assign the
license for Non-Commercial FM Station
WZXX on channel 203, in Lawrenceburg,
TN from Edgewater Broadcasting, Inc.
(“Seller”) to Radio by Grace, Inc. (“Buyer”).
The offi cers and directors of Seller are
Dennis Clounch, John Devine, Clark
Parrish, and Diana Atkin. The offi cers
and directors of Buyer are William Gehm,
Michael Kessel, Douglass Gehm, and
Dennis Clounch. A copy of the application
is available for public inspection on-line at

Public Notice of Regular Meetings of the Board of
Utilities of the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Utilities
regular monthly meeting is scheduled for December
27, 2018 at 5:00 pm. The Board meets each month to
discuss and handle all business that pertains to the
functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, as may
be deemed necessary for the operation of the Utility
Systems.
The next scheduled Board meeting is December
27, 2018 at 5:00 pm, at 1607 North Locust Avenue,
Lawrenceburg, TN.
