Mr. Marty Thomas Rochelle, age 60, husband of Teresa Rochelle, and a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Born on March 17, 1958 in Lawrenceburg, Marty was the son of the late Thomas Rochelle and the late Dean Prince Smith. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and watching sports, especially baseball and Nascar. Marty also loved spending quality time with his granddog, Buckley. He was a member of Mars Hill United Methodist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Colin (Anne Claire) Rochelle of Chattanooga, Hank (Telina) Rochelle of Loretta, Luke (Sheana) Rochelle of Summertown, Emily Perron of Florida; eight grandchildren; and four nephews.
A memorial service for Marty Thomas Rochell will be held on Friday, December 21st at 1:00 p.m. at Mars Hill Methodist Church in Lawrenceburg with William Beal officiating. A visitation will also be held on Friday from 11am until the service time at the church. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
