Jim Spruell Old , age 95 of Westpoint, TN passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018 at NHC Healthcare Lawrenceburg after a brief illness.

He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a farmer, bus driver, and of the Living Church of God faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Mary Charles Old; and sister: Betty Old Mabry.

Survivors include one son: Charles Spruell Old (Camilla), Killen, AL; two daughters: Jan Carolyn Old, Westpoint, TN and Melinda Old Dixon, Grant, AL; one sister: Carleen Old Powell, Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren: Nickolas Grant Old (Kristina), Daniel Bryce Dixon, and Christina Dixon Sorensen (Matthew).

A graveside service for Jim Spruell Old was held at Westpoint Cemetery on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 1:30 p.m., followed by burial, with Darryl Lovelady officiating. Loretto Memorial Chapel was in charge of all arrangements.
