Pursuant to a decree rendered by the Chancery Court, at Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, in the above styled case, the following described property will be sold ON THE PREMISES on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., said order being entered January 4, 2019, ordering the Clerk and Master, as Special Commissioner, to sell the real property to the highest and best bidder.
The sale will be held on the premises at 227 W Laurel Drive, Lawrenceburg, TN. The property being more particularly described as follows:
Situated, lying and being in the 8th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, further described as follows:
Being LOT NO. 42 of the SALAM WOODS SUBDIVISION, Section 2, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 72, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. This conveyance is made subject to the restrictions of record in Trust Book 326, pages 72-73, ROLCo., Tennessee and also sewer lines, building setback lines, etc. as shown on above referenced plat.
Description according to plat prepared by Thomas A. Campbell, TN Reg. Land Surveyor #978, 118 South First Street, Pulaski, Tennessee 38478 dated October 1, 1991.
This being a portion of the property conveyed to Richardson Associates, a Tennessee General Partnership from O.A. Richardson and wife, Dorothy Richardson by QuitClaim Deed dated January 23, 1995 of record in Deed Book 278, page 314, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
This being a portion of the property conveyed to Richardson Builders, Inc. a Tennessee Corporation from Richardson Associates, a Tennessee General Partnership by QuitClaim Deed of record in Deed Book 299, page 487, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. This being property conveyed to Brent H. Moore and wife, Karen R. Moore from Richardson Builders, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation of record in Record Book 216, page 226, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.

TERMS OF SALE: The above real estate will be sold for cash with 10% down day of sale with the balance due within thirty (30) days after confirmation by the Court. The sale will be held open for ten (10) days until Tuesday, February 12th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., during which time a person may come by the office of the Clerk and Master at the Lawrence County Courthouse and raise the highest bid received at the auction by 10% and depositing 10% of that bid with the court. If the bid is advanced, another auction will be held at the Lawrence County Courthouse on Wednesday, February 13th, 2019 at 10:00 am. The high bidder on that day will be the buyer. If the bid is not advanced, the high bidder at the sale will be the buyer. Possession passes upon delivery of deed. Taxes for 2019 to be assumed by the buyer all prior years taxes to be paid by the sellers. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all printed material.
