Glen Tom “Deadeye” Bonee
Glen Tom “Deadeye” Bonee, age 82, of New Prospect, TN passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his residence.
He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Cloverdale Congregational Methodist Church where he served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Oscar and Bessie Prince Bonee; three brothers: Ed Bonee, Calvin Bonee, and Sammy Boyd Bonee; and one sister: Susie Fleeman.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Betty Bonee, New Prospect, TN; two sons: Jeff Bonee (Pam) and Greg Bonee (Diona), of New Prospect, TN; four grandchildren: Josh Bonee (Tiffany), Amanda Grooms (Jason), Amber Walker (Brett), Courtney Smith (Johnny); eleven great-grandchildren: Briar Bonee, Chase Bonee, Callie Bonee, Jaley Grooms, Hutton Grooms, Bella Grace Walker, Lucy Walker, Gabby Jo Walker, Hunter Clayton, Gage Clayton, Jordan Clayton.
Funeral services for Glen Tom “Deadeye” Bonee were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019, with Josh Bonee, Scotty Griffin, and Santiago Shol officiating.  Interment followed at Mars Hill Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
