Frank Martin Cholacek, age 93, of Leoma, TN passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg.
He was a native of Newark, NJ, and served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Martin and Agnes Hupko Cholacek; his wife: Irene Frances Walkonis Cholacek; one son: John Martin Cholacek; and one sister: Catherine Chepolis.
He is survived by two daughters: Irene Lee (Paul), Leoma, TN and Marilyn Salerno, Lawrenceburg, TN; eight grandchildren: Tony Wilburn (Allison Odle), Tim Wilburn (Ashley), Greg Wilburn (Misti), Ed Salerno (Kristy), Jason Lee, Larry Wilburn, Jr., Christine Brenner (Jon), Joy Lindsey (Preston); and nineteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Frank Martin Cholacek was conducted at Fall River Community Club at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019, with Preston Lindsey officiating. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be sent by way of: www.nealfuneralhome.net.
