NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 02/05/1999, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded 02/05/1999, in Trust Book #461, page 686-92, Note Book #24, page 249, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Terrie D. Ross, conveying certain property therein described to David Seivers as Trustee for USDA, as nominee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, The Sayer Law Group, P.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by David Seivers, as trustee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of The Sayer Law Group, P.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by David Seivers, as trustee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, will on 03/12/2019 on or about 12:00 PM, at the Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 West Gaines Street, Lawrenceburg, TN, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Lawrence County, Tennessee and being more particularly described as follows:

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Lawrenceburg Utility Systems (LUS) is accepting separate sealed BIDS
for the construction of 2019 LUS – Natural Gas System Upgrades which
will be received by LUS, Attn: Ronnie “Red” Shrader, LUS Operations – Gas,
Water and Sewer Shop at 403 Oak Street, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, at this
address no later than 11:00 a.m. (local time) the 28th day of February, 2019,
and then at said offi ce publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. The
work to be done consists generally replacing via directional bore and open
trenching, approximately 13,350 feet of low pressure 2” steel gas main and
valves with approximately 13,350 feet of low pressure 2” polyethylene gas
line and valves and reconnecting, inserting or installing approximately 85 new
and existing service lines and appurtenances as outlined in the specifi cations.
Work shall include labor, equipment and necessary supervision to install, test,
clean-up and make fully operational such system improvements for the full
and benefi cial use of the owner. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and full advertisement to BID may
be obtained from Foster Engineering. Upon receipt of a non-refundable payment
of $200.00 for each set of contracts, made payable to “Foster Engineering”.
All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee
in strict accordance with State regulations. The Owner reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, and all bidders must agree that such rejection shall
be without liability on the part of the Owner and/or Engineer, nor shall the
bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Owner and/or Engineer
because of such rejection. Submittal of a Bid shall constitute an agreement
of the Bidder to these conditions. Each Bidder must deposit (with his bid) bid
security in amount of 5% of their total bid, subject to the conditions provided
in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for sixty (60)
days following the bid opening. The Lawrenceburg Utility Systems is an equal

March 7, 2019 Meeting
Public Notice of Regular Meetings of the Board of
Utilities of The City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Utilities
regular monthly meeting for February 2019 is scheduled
for March 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The Board meets each
month to discuss and handle all business that pertains
to the functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, as
may be deemed necessary for the operation of the Utility
Systems.
The next scheduled Board meeting is March 7, 2019 at
5:00 pm, at 1607 North Locust Avenue, Lawrenceburg,
TN.
This notice is published in compliance with the
Sunshine Law of the State of Tennessee.

BEER BOARD
To whom it may concern:
The following has applied for an on and
off premises permit to sell beer in a
bar/club. American Legion Post 63,
will operate, if granted the permit, under
the name of American Legion Post 63,
250 Industrial Drive, Lawrenceburg,
TN 38464.
The Beer Board of Lawrence County will
hold a public meeting on March 1st, 2019
at 9:00 A.M. in the public conference
room located on the second fl oor of the
Lawrence County Administrative Center.
The applicant applying for said permit
must be present or application will be
delayed until a later board meeting. Any
persons wishing to be heard on these
matters personally or by an attorney
may appear and be heard at this time.
