Public Notice of Regular Meetings of the Board of
Utilities of The City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Utilities
regular monthly meeting for February 2019 is scheduled
for March 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The Board meets each
month to discuss and handle all business that pertains
to the functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, as
may be deemed necessary for the operation of the Utility
Systems.
The next scheduled Board meeting is March 7, 2019 at
5:00 pm, at 1607 North Locust Avenue, Lawrenceburg,
TN.
This notice is published in compliance with the
Sunshine Law of the State of Tennessee.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
The City of Lawrenceburg, TN is actively
pursuing the professional services
needed for the restoration and repair
of the roof for the Lawrenceburg Police
Department, located at 232 West Gaines
Street in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
The proposal shall include providing
necessary equipment, materials and
labor to propertly stop leaks and
repair existing leaks. Due date for RFP
responses is Monday, March 4, 2019,
no later than 4:00 p.m. The City will

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions, provisions, and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust dated March 28, 2013 executed by Jeremy Jenkins and wife, Candice Jenkins, to William B. Bryant, Trustee for the use and benefit of The Bank of Waynesboro and recorded in Record Book 406 Pages 265-273, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, to secure the indebtedness therein described, and the entire indebtedness having been called due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and said payment not having been made; and

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions, provisions, and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust dated December 15, 2009 executed by Michael H. Ayers to Howard Tignor, Trustee for the use and benefit of The Bank of Waynesboro and recorded in Record Book 333 Pages 645-653, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, and the Modification of Deed of Trust dated December 19, 2017, recorded in Record Book 523 Pages 963-965, said Register’s Office, to secure the indebtedness therein described, and the entire indebtedness having been called due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust and Modification Agreement, and said payment not having been made; and
