NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 02/05/1999, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded 02/05/1999, in Trust Book #461, page 686-92, Note Book #24, page 249, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, executed by Terrie D. Ross, conveying certain property therein described to David Seivers as Trustee for USDA, as nominee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, The Sayer Law Group, P.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by David Seivers, as trustee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of The Sayer Law Group, P.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by David Seivers, as trustee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, will on 03/12/2019 on or about 12:00 PM, at the Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 West Gaines Street, Lawrenceburg, TN, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Lawrence County, Tennessee and being more particularly described as follows:
Situated, lying and being in the 8th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, outside the City of Lawrenceburg and further described as follows:
Being LOT NO. 34 in WHITEOAK SUBDIVISION, Section 2, a plat of which is of record in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 61, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
This conveyance is subject to the following restrictions and conditions:
1. Subject to the restrictive covenants recorded in Trust Book 241, pages 194/198 of the Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
2. Subject to a 50 foot Pipeline Easement across the west boundary as shown on the recorded plat and as recorded in Deed Book 100, page 43, and Deed Book 101, page 455, and amended in Deed Book 216, page 200 ROLC, Lawrence-burg, TN.

4-8, 2019 for three positions on the Lawrence
county Soil Conservation District (SCD) Board.
Polling locations will be: USDA Service Center
at 237 Waterloo Street, Lawrenceburg, TN and
the UT/TSU Extension Offi ce at 2385 Buffalo Rd.
Lawrenceburg, TN from 8 am until 4 pm CDT each
day. Nominating petition submittal deadline is March
1, 2019, by 4 pm CDT to the SCD offi ce, at the
address above. Per TCA §43-14-216, only persons
holding legal title to lands in Lawrence County are
