TO: TENNESSEE VOLUNTEER PARTNERS, A TENNESSEE GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, and ANTHONY JERMOE HELMS, et al. (Including the real property as shown above in caption), whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after exercise of reasonable diligence.
You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of November, 2018, a Complaint was filed in the Chancery Court of Lawrence County, Tennessee, and the following are the names of all Parties to that Action:
THOMAS E. CARROLL, Plaintiff, and TENNESSEE VOLUNTEER PARTNERS, A TENNESSEE GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, and ANTHONY JEROME HELMS, and the Heirs, Successors and Assigns of said ANTHONY JEROME HELMS, et al. (Including the real property as shown above in caption), Defendants.
Said Defendant’s whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after exercise of due diligence, and who is believed to claim some right, title, interest or claim in and to the real property situated in Lawrence County, Tennessee, and having an address of DUKES PARK ROAD, SUMMERTOWN, TN 38483.
All persons having an interest in the said lands or any portion thereof, claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plead, answer, demur or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before the 3rd day of May, 2019, else at the expiration of thirty (30) days thereafter shall suffer judgment by default to be rendered against them, it being intended that this Notice shall be used to perfect service against all Parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Complaint.

Notice is Hereby given that on the 20th day of March, 2019, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of ARNOLD E. MURRELL who died December 27, 2018, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

Lawrence County Emergency
Communications District
The Lawrence County Emergency
Communications District will be accepting
applications for the position of Communications
Offi cer through Friday, April 12, 2019 at 4:00
p.m. Applicants should be multi-task capable,
with good oral communication skills. Experience
in Emergency Services, Telecommunications,
and Computer Operations a plus. Applications
can be picked up at 233 W. Gaines between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Pre-employment drug
screen and psychological exam required. All
applications on fi le will be considered.
