PUBLIC NOTICE
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is offering
for sale under Bid No. 22AK-519-1 certain timber on
Laurel Hill Wildlife Management Area. Sealed bids will
be received at the Laurel Hill Wildlife Management Area
Offi ce (291 Napier Rd., Lawrenceburg, TN 38464) until
11:00 AM on Friday, June 7th, 2019 at which time they
will be publicly opened. Tennessee Wildlife Resources
Agency estimates that 186,800-board feet (Doyle
78 Rule) of hardwood sawtimber and 2,007-tons of
pulpwood are available for removal on +\- 104-acres.
The aforementioned volumes are estimates only.
Bidders should make their own determinations as to
the quantity and quality of timber being sold. Only bids
submitted on forms supplied by the Tennessee Wildlife
Resources Agency will be accepted. The successful
bidder will be required to sign a timber sale contract, at
which time he/she will pay the full purchase price and
a post a performance bond equaling seven (7) percent
of the sale price or $500.00 minimum. Each of these
amounts will be in the form of a certifi ed or cashier’s
check payable to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources
Agency (separate checks will be required). Tennessee
Wildlife Resources Agency personnel will conduct a
tour of the sale area upon request. Interested bidders

WHEREAS, on the 27th day of March, 2017, Jazmine Frazier, Chris Littrell, and Whitney Frazier executed a promissory note to the order of Lawrenceburg Federal Bank payable according to its terms, which said note provided that at the option of the holder thereof, in the event said note was not paid when due, the whole of the same, the entire balance, could be declared due and payable; and

Public Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the South Central
Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) Monday, June 3, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.,
South Central Tennessee Development District 101 Sam Watkins Blvd. Mt.
Pleasant TN 38474. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to consider a project
for which fi nancial assistance is being sought from the Tennessee Department
of Transportation pursuant to Section 5311, 5311(f), 5316, 5317, 5309,
5310 and subsequent federal programs of Chapter 53 of Title 49 of the United
States Code. The project is generally described as follows:
SCTDD contracts for rural public transit services within the thirteen county
region of south central Tennessee. This project will provide access for rural
communities to routes with intercity connections. The public transit service is
open to the general public and anyone of any age can ride for a minimum fare
per trip. Transportation is also provided by contract for eligible members of
TennCare and other federal programs.
The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of
disability. At least 90% of the transit fl eet has lift-equipped conversion vans for
accessible transportation to disabled and non-ambulatory persons. It is the
policy of SCTDD that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion,
sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, be excluded from
participation in, be denied the benefi ts of, or be subjected to discrimination
under a program or activity receiving federal fi nancial assistance, pursuit to
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42. U.S.C. 2000d).
SCTDD announces its FY 2019-2020 goal of 5% for business opportunities
for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Any eligible DBE interested
through a competitive bid system to provide services relative to maintenance,
insurance, gasoline and oil, etc., or may have other opportunities relative to
transportation services, should submit a letter of interest to the Transportation
Planning and Operations Director listed below.
This Hearing is to provide all interested persons with the opportunity to present
their views of the social, economic, environmental and other effects of the
foregoing so the project will best serve the public interest. Representatives
will be present one hour prior to the Hearing to informally explain the project
plans and related information to all interested persons. Written statements
and other exhibits in place of or in addition to oral statements made at the
Hearing may be submitted to Jason Rich, Transportation Planning and Operations
