Wanda Joan Kennedy, age 67 of Leoma, TN, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Vanderbilt Medical Center after a sudden illness.
Mrs. Kennedy was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Ray and Leona Derolf Hughes; and son: Stephen Kennedy
Survivors include her husband: Joe Kennedy of Leoma, TN; daughter: Jessica Hunt (Danny) of Loretto, TN; five sisters: Janice Gilchrist of Deerfield, TN, Joann Kelly, Dorothy Hill, Malba Hughes and Charlotte Varner, all of Leoma, TN; two grandchildren: Makenna Hunt and Kelsey Hunt of Loretto, TN; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services for Wanda Joan Kennedy were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Larry Laws officiating. Burial followed at Bethel Cemetery. Loretto Memorial Chapel was in charge of all arrangements.
