It appears to the Court for the allegations of the Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect and for Custody and the sworn testimony of the Petitioners that the whereabouts of the Respondent, David Scroggins, are unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search, therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon David Scroggins. It is, therefore, ORDERED that said Respondent be served by publication of the following for four consecutive weeks in The Lawrence County Advocate, a newspaper published in Lawrence County, Tennessee.
It is further ORDERED that if Respondent, David Scroggins, does not appear, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon Respondent, David Scroggins, by filing same with the Juvenile Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee and any interim or provisional findings shall become final without further evidence pursuant to T.C.A. § 37-1-125(c).

Benjamin and Jamie Roberson have filed a Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect and for Custody regarding your child, Haley Scroggins. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to appear at the Lawrence County Juvenile Court in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on June 17, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.; you may also serve upon Amy Long Schisler, Guardian-ad-Litem for Haley Scroggins, 240 North Military Avenue, P.O. Box 217, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee 38464, (931) 231-9088, an Answer to the Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect and for Custody filed by Benjamin and Jamie Roberson. If you fail to appear, any interim, provisional findings will be made final without further evidence pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §37-1-125(c). You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

Said self-storage facility is located at the address set forth above where the sale will take place. The name of the occupant (lessee) of said space Number 19 is Jamie Pilkinton.
