LAWRENCE COUNTY GOVERNMENT
REQUEST FOR BIDS
Lawrence County Government will be accepting
bids for the following items:
Highway Department
Reinforced Concrete Pipe,
Elliptical Concrete Pipe,
Plastic Double Wall Reinforced Pipe and Bands,
Thermoplastic Pavement Markings,
Roadway Striping,
Crushed Stone,
Asphalt State Aid Road Projects
General Government
Fleet Fuel Management Program
Health Department Custodial Services
Bid Packets will be available for pick-up at
the Lawrence County Offi ce of Accounts and
Budgets, Monday, June 10, 2019.
Bids will be opened and read aloud on Thursday,
June 20, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the 2nd fl oor
conference room of the Lawrence County
Administrative Center, 200 West Gaines Street,
Lawrenceburg, TN.
Lawrence County Government will not purchase,
contract or receive services from any fi rm
or individual whose business tax or license
is delinquent (Acts 1957, Tennessee Code
Annotated, 5-14-108).
Bid evaluations shall be available as soon as
possible after bid date, or 10 days after date of bid,
whichever shall come fi rst. The Finance Director
must receive bid protests in writing within 10 days
after the bid evaluations are available for viewing.
The Lawrence County Purchasing Committee
reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to construct a proposed
295-foot tall overall height self-supporting lattice
telecommunications tower located at 3850 Grandaddy
Road, Lawrenceburg, Lawrence County, Tennessee
(N35° 16’ 54.8”; W87° 30’ 24.3”). The tower is anticipated
to utilize FAA Style E (dual medium intensity)
lighting.
Interested persons may review the application for the
project at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering
Antenna Structure Registration (Form 854) File No.
A1136988 and may raise environmental concerns about
the project under the National Environmental Policy
Act rules of the Federal Communications Commission,
47 CFR §1.1307, by notifying the FCC of the specifi c
reasons that the action may have a signifi cant impact on
the quality of the human environment. Requests for Environmental
Review must be fi led within 30 days of the
date that notice of the project is published on the FCC’s
website and may only raise environmental concerns.
The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to fi le
Requests for Environmental Review online at www.fcc.
gov/asr/environmentalrequest, but they may be fi led with
a paper copy by mailing the Request to FCC Requests for
Environmental Review, Attn: Ramon Williams, 445 12th
Street SW, Washington, DC 20554. A copy of the Request
should be provided to Environmental Corporation
of America at 1375 Union Hill Industrial Court, Suite A,

Public Notice of Regular Meetings of
the Board of Utilities of The City of
Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of
Public Utilities regular monthly meeting is
scheduled for June 27, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
The Board meets each month to discuss
and handle all business that pertains to
the functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility
Systems, as may be deemed necessary
for the operation of the Utility Systems.
The next scheduled board meeting is
June 27, 2019 at 5:00 pm, at 1607 North
Locust Avenue, Lawrenceburg, TN.
