Sarah Hunter Evetts, age 93, of Ethridge, TN passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN.
She was a native of Williamson County, TN, retired owner of Granny’s Network, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Jesse Dale and Erma Agnes Jenkins Hunter; her husband: Dean Evetts; two sons: Ronnie Evetts and Tony Evetts; and one grandchild: Hope Tidwell.
She is survived by four daughters: Linda Tidwell (Jim) of Leoma, TN, Glyndora Graves (Mike) of Summertown, TN, Beverly Evetts of Ethridge, TN, and Samantha Long (Blue) of Ethridge, TN; one son: Richard Evetts of Brentwood, TN; two brothers: Price Hunter (Joann) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Floyd Hunter of Franklin, TN; three step-sons: Sondal Evetts of Gadsden, AL, Stan Evetts of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Chris Evetts of Nashville, TN; one step-daughter: Teresa Evetts Horton of Nashville, TN; thirteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Sarah Hunter Evetts were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2019 with Bobby Gobble officiating. Burial followed at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
