Peggy Sue Johnson, age 82, of Ethridge, TN passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Crockett Hospital, and a member of Unity Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Lazy 8’s Square Dance Club and The Red Hat Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Talmadge and Blanche Yarber Coleman; her first husband: Billy Ray Chandler; one brother: Travis Coleman; and one sister: Azzilee Scott.
She is survived by her husband: Albert Johnson of Ethridge, TN; two sons: Michael Chandler of Columbia, TN and Anthony Ray Chandler of Ethridge, TN; two step-sons: Kenneth Wayne Johnson of Hermitage, TN and Gary Allen Johnson of Summertown, TN; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Peggy Sue Johnson were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2019, with Brandon Smith officiating.  Burial followed at Leoma Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
