Clara Mae Lovelace Varner, age 84, of Loretto, TN passed away Sunday, August 11, 2019 at her residence.
She was a native of Lauderdale County, AL, retired housekeeper from Lawrenceburg Manor Nursing Home, and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: James Henry and Lora Bell Haygood Lovelace; her husband: Joe Varner; and two daughters: Deborah Jean Varner and Melissa Joyce Varner.
She is survived by four daughters: Martha Gobbell of Lawrenceburg, TN, Carol Shrader (Melvin) of Summertown, TN, Teresa Mattox (Tim) of Loretto, TN and Nancy Smith (Jerry) of Loretto, TN; two sons: Wayne Varner of Lawrenceburg, TN and Donald Varner (Charlotte) of Leoma, TN; thirteen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Clara Mae Lovelace Varner were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, with Kevin Cheatham officiating.
