Edward “Ed” Nash, age 90, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at his residence.
He was a native of Five Points, TN, a retired aircraft mechanic, and served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents: O.G. “Steve” and Irene Haney Nash; his wife: Jean Parrott Nash; and three brothers: Willard Nash, Bobby Nash, and Billy Nash.
He is survived by one daughter: Melanie Doss (Tom) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three grandchildren: Jennifer Busby (Rodney) of Summertown, TN and Nathan Self (Ashley) and Nina Jackson of Henryville, TN; six great-grandchildren: Dawson Busby, Gavin Busby, Aliyah Jackson, Brooklyn Jackson, Sophie Self, and Noah Self; three brothers: Julian Nash, James Nash, and Richard Nash; and two sisters: Elaine Gant and Delores Grinnell.
Funeral services for Edward “Ed” Nash were conducted at House of Prayer at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 with Ronnie Runnels officiating.
