Philip Wayne Calcagni, Sr., age 64 of Lexington, AL passed away Sunday October 6, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was a native of Chicago, IL, retired manager at Walmart and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Anthony Sr. and JoAnn Calcagni; brother: Frank Calcagni; and sister: Donna Schaeffler.
He is survived by his wife: Judith Calcagni of Lexington, AL; son: Philip Calcagni, Jr. (Latasha) of Lewisburg, TN; daughter: Stephanie Holloway (Charles) of Madison, AL; six grandchildren: Mike, Ken, Charlie, Vinny, Killian and Dimitri; sister: Denise Hendrickson (Jerry), IL; brother: Anthony Calcagni, Jr. (Mary Jo), AZ; many cousins and aunts also survive.
Funeral services for Philip Wayne Calcagni, Sr., will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel today, Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. with Nathan Holloway officiating. Burial will follow at Harvey Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., prior to the funeral service. Loretto Memorial Chapel is in charge of all arrangements.
