Default  having  been  made in the terms, conditions and payments  provided in a certain Deed of Trust, dated June 30, 2017, executed by Tommy Jenkins and wife, Carolyn Jenkins to Martin Haggard, Jr., Trustee, of record in Record Book 511, Page 572, in the Register’s Office for Lawrence County, Tennessee, and to W. Andrew Yarbrough, appointed as Substitute Trustee in an instrument of record in the Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, to secure the indebtedness  described,  the entire  indebtedness having been declared due  and  payable  as provided  in said Deed of Trust, I, W. Andrew Yarbrough, as Substitute Trustee, will  by virtue  of the power and authority vested in  me  as  Substitute Trustee, on the 8th day of November, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at  the EAST DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE, LAWRENCE COUNTY, TENNESSEE, sell to the highest bidder for cash, free from all legal and equitable rights of redemption, homestead and dower, rights by virtue of marriage, and all other exemptions of every kind,  which  are  expressly waived, and subject to any unpaid taxes, if any,  the following described property, to wit:

Beginning at a ½ inch rebar in the Northwest margin intersection of Oak Street and Seventh Street and also marking the North line of Lot 424 of Iron City in Plat Book A8 (R.O.L.CT.); thence run South 11 degrees 52 minutes 22 seconds East 100.00 feet, along the East margin of Oak Street, to a ½ inch rebar, said rebar being the POINT OF BEGINNING for survey. Thence run North 78 degrees 07 minutes 38 seconds East 103.52 feet, along north line of Lot 426 of said Iron City Plat Book A8, to a ½ inch rebar marking the agreed line per survey of John E. Cleghorn with ad joiner Eloise Hensley, dated September 15, 1994. Thence rung South 11 degrees 52 minutes 22 seconds East 100.00 feet, along said agreed line, to a ½ inch rebar set in a creek bed; thence run South 78 degrees 07 minutes 38 seconds West 103.52 feet, along the South line of Lot 427 of said Iron City Plat Book A8, to a ½ inch rebar on the East margin of Oak Street; thence run North 11 degrees 52 minutes 22 seconds West 100.00 feet back to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.24 acres per the survey of Glen W. Alexander, RLS #2035, dated April 6, 2004.
This conveyance is subject to all easements, restrictive covenants and conditions and other matters of record, including all items set out on any applicable plat of record.
This being the real property conveyed to Tommy Jenkins and wife, Carolyn Jenkins, by deed of the Wayne County Bank, dated June 30, 2017, of record in Record Book 511, Page 569, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
The  sale of said property shall be subject to any  and  all unpaid taxes and assessments, together with interest and penalty, if  any,  and any and all other  prior  easements,  restrictions, encumbrances, or liens of any nature.

Pursuant to a decree rendered by the Probate Court, at Lawrenceburg, Tennessee filed on February 6, 2019 in the above styled case I will on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder the property belonging to the Estate of Mamie Cornett.

TERMS OF SALE: The above real estate will be sold for cash with 10% down day of sale with the balance due on or before 30 days from date of the sale’s confirmation by the Court. The sale will be held open for ten (10) days until November 19th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., during which time a person may come to the office of the Clerk and Master at the Lawrence County Courthouse and raise the highest bid received at the auction by 10% and depositing 10% of that bid with the court. The City of Lawrenceburg will be accepting bids for Pumper/Tanker.

Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8th, 2019 local time, bids will be
publicly opened immediately thereafter. Bid opening will be held in the Lawrenceburg City
Municipal Complex. No bid received after the above time will be opened or considered. Bids
should be sealed and marked Lawrenceburg Fire Department Pumper/Tanker and delivered by

4:00 p.m. on November 8th, 2019 to the Lawrenceburg Municipal Complex, 25 Public Square,

It is the policy of the City of Lawrenceburg that all contractors bidding on applicable city
projects must include in their bid package the “TITLE VI COMPLIANCE POLICY” statement
and affirm their compliance with the IRAN DIVESTMENT ACT OF 2016. Failure to include
these documents in bid package will disqualify the Contractor’s RFP or Bid. This policy
applies to all Engineering Firms that do business with the City of Lawrenceburg as well as any
individual contractors wishing to submit a bid for city projects.
