Notice is Hereby given that on the 20th day of November, 2019, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of EVELYN FAYE NATION who died October 27, 2019, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

Furthermore, this being the real property conveyed to Edna Fields Garland, for life, and Charles Wheeler and wife, Marty Wheeler, dated March 21, 2014, of record in Record Book 429, Page 303, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. The said Jackie Lee Garland, Edna Field Garland, and Charles Wheeler are now deceased.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Removing and replacing concrete sidewalk as well as curb and gutter; removing
and replacing pedestrian lighting; installing ADA accessible curb ramps
and crosswalks; concrete driveway aprons: and minor storm water improvements.
The project is located on the Lawrenceburg Public Square and includes
approximately 36,000 sq.ft. of concrete sidewalk.

PROPOSAL CONTRACTS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE TIME SET FOR
OPENING BIDS

A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in
accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the “Tennessee Code Annotated” and
Tennessee Department of Transportation Rule 1680-5-3 prequalification of
contractors before biddable proposals will be furnished.

The City of Lawrenceburg hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively
insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged
business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit
bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the
