Gary Wayne Tripp, age 60 of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at NHC Lawrenceburg.
Gary was born January 13, 1959 in Columbia, the son of the late Melvin Ozro Tripp and Hassie Elma Giles Tripp. He was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting deer and fishing. He was known for being a self-employed handyman – he could do it all. He loved his grandbabies dearly and they were his world.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister.
Survivors include his children: Jessica (Jeremy) Kennedy and Erik (Samantha) Tripp, both of Summertown; grandchildren: Justin Kennedy, Katie Kennedy, Riley Kennedy, Nathan Kennedy, Makenzie Tripp and Casen Tripp; one sister; three brothers; one niece; several nephews; and numerous friends.
