Sederria “Debo” Collette Jones, age 38, was born November 8, 1981 in Lawrenceburg, TN to Diane Jones Lewis and the late Steve Bumphus. She was the granddaughter and adopted daughter of Lillie M. Jones and the late John Jones, Jr. God called his angel home on December 27, 2019. She was a 2000 graduate of Lawrence County High School.
In addition to her father and grandfather, Sederria was preceded in death by her grandparents: Claude D. Bumphus and Pauline Churchwell; and aunts: Teresa and Nancy Churchwell.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother: Diane Jones Lewis; mother/grandmother: Lillie M. Jones; sisters: Mary L. Stewart and Debra Wilkerson, of Lawrenceburg; brothers: Prentiss Jones of Rutherford, NJ and Corday Jones of Lawrenceburg; aunts and uncles: Bessie Witherspoon and Vickie Clemons of Clifton, TN, Jacqueline Young of Antioch, TN, Frank and James Churchwell of Sandusky, OH, Mike and Jessie Churchwell of Augusta, GA, Greg Clemons of Waynesboro, TN; devoted friends: Akelia Luffman, Tikara Black, and Misty Gordon. She is also mourned by a host of cousins and friends.

Graveside services and burial for Sederria “Debo” Collette Jones were held at Mount Olive Cemetery on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor David Morgan officiating. Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be sent by way of: www.pettusturnbo.com.
