Christopher George Caperton was born February 1, 1975 in Lawrenceburg, TN the son of  Edward Lee Caperton and Margie Blalock.Mr. Caperton departed this life on January 10, 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 44 Years, 11 Months, 9 Days.He was a forklift driver for Hassell and Hughes Lumber Company, enjoyed deer hunting and watching wrestling ;he also attended the United Church in Lawrenceburg,TN.

He is survived by his mother Margie Dixon Blalock; father Edward Lee Caperton;a daughter, Christy (Caperton) Powell and husband Johnathon ; a sister, Kimberly Grigsby and husband Albert; and  a grandchild, Cayden Powell all of Lawrenceburg, TN;

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Louis Dixon, Christine Dixon, Paul Caperton, Maxie Caperton; and  a brother Keith Caperton;

Services were Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, TN with Chad Balentine  officiating. Burial  following in Shields Cemetery near Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.

Visitation was Wednesday January 15 from 5:00PM till 9:00 PM and Thursday January 16 from 8:00 AM till 1:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN.
