Melinda Renee Gray Otis of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on Monday, February 24 at the age of 47 in Shreveport, LA.
She was the daughter of Joeyl Gray & Betty (Stephens) Gray, born in Columbia, TN on July 24, 1972.
Survivors include father: Joeyl Gray; mother: Betty Gray; sons: Zachary Ray and Christopher Azcarate; sister: Chyna Easterling; brother: Eric Easterling; and grandchildren: Alister and Everson Ray.
Funeral services for Melinda Renee Otis were held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at McDonald Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Hampton officiating. Burial followed at Lewis County Memorial Gardens. McDonald Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
