and handle all business that pertains to
the functions of the Lawrenceburg Utility
Systems, as may be deemed necessary for
the operation of the Utility Systems.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided for in that certain Deed of Trust dated February 8, 2017 of record in Book 500 page 171-179, Register’s Office for Lawrence County, Tennessee, from NATHAN WILLIAMS and WIFE, PAULA WILLIAMS, to PAUL B. PLANT, Trustee, securing the indebtedness therein described, which indebtedness is now due and unpaid, and has been declared in default by the lawful owner and holder thereof; and;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Paul B. Plant, Trustee, pursuant to said Deed of Trust, having been requested by OLIVER M. This sale is subject to liens, easements, encumbrances, property taxes, rights of redemption of taxing entities and other matters which are prior in right to the lien of the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
The Trustee may adjourn or postpone the aforementioned sale of real property by public announcement at such time and place of sale, and from time to time thereafter may postpone such sale by public announcement at the time and place fixed by the preceding postponement or subsequently noticed sale, and without further notice make such sale at the time fixed by the last postponement, or may, in its discretion, give a new notice of sale.
The failure of any high bidder to pay the purchase price and close the sale shall, at the option of the Trustee, be cause for rejection of the bid, and if the bid is rejected, the Trustee shall have the option of making the sale to the next highest bidder who is ready, willing, and able to comply with the terms hereof. The proceeds derived from the sale of the property will be applied as provided for in said Deed of Trust and/or modification thereof.
All rights and equity of redemption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions are expressly waived by the Debtor in said Deed of Trust and title is believed to be good, but I will sell and convey only as Trustee. Summertown Utility District
Public Notice

Three members of the current board of commissioner’s
term will be expiring May 2020. The Board
plans to certify a list of three nominees for each
vacancy to be submitted to the County Executive
for a 4-year appointment. A customer may submit
a name for consideration by the Board for the list
of nominees. To be considered the name must be
submitted to the district offi ce at 104 Shady Street,
no later than 4:00 p.m., April 20, 2020, before the
board meeting that evening. To qualify to serve as
a commissioner a person must reside within and
be a customer of the utility district. The chosen
candidate must take an oath of office, commit to
taking a minimum of 12 hours of commissioner
training and attend monthly meetings, which are
held the third Monday of each month.
