Susan Walker McKinney of Lawrenceburg, TN was born October 5, 1967 in Florence, AL, the daughter of June Smith and the late Herman Walker. She departed this life on March 18, 2020 in Huntsville, AL at the age of 52 years, 5 months, 13 days.
She was united in marriage to Jeremy McKinney on October 12, 1991. She was a server at Pizza Hut and a member of the Beech Creek Full Gospel Church.
She is survived by her husband: Jeremy McKinney of Lawrenceburg, TN; daughters: Tasha McKinney Oglesby (Josh) of Huntsville, AL and Brittany McKinney of Tupelo, MS; three grandchildren: Piper McKinney, Katherine Oglesby and Alexander Oglesby; mother: June Smith Walker, Waynesboro, TN; sister: Lisa Walker Overton (Tommy), Waynesboro, TN; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services for Susan Walker McKinney were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Shackelford Funeral Home in Waynesboro, TN, with Harold Morris officiating. Burial followed at Baucham Cemetery, Waynesboro, TN. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Waynesboro was in charge of all arrangements.
