Michael Neal “Mike” Thompson, age 62, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, March 30, 2020 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL.
He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Murray Ohio Service Department, and of the Christian Faith.  He was an avid sports fan and music lover.
He was preceded in death by his father: Brown Thompson.
He is survived by his mother: Willa Thompson of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother: Rick Thompson of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sisters: Kathy King and Becky Reynolds, both of Murfreesboro, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order No. 17, a private graveside service for Michael Neal “Mike” Thompson was held at Leoma Cemetery. Family suggests memorials be made to Easterseals Society and the Lawrence County Public Library. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
