Notice is Hereby given that on the 17th day of MARCH, 2020, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of ELLEN C. SKIDMORE, who died March 12, 2020, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEES SALE
Whereas, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated September 6, 2007, executed by Britta Rumbaugh, a single person, conveying certain real property therein described to James R. Frazier, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, recorded September 7, 2007, in Deed Book 272, page 78, assigned in Book 537, page 633; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury, which is now the owner of said debt; and WHEREAS, the undersigned Russell J. McCann, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument filed for record in Book 587, page 599, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable, and that the undersigned, Russell J. McCann, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee will, on May 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Front Door of the Lawrence County Courthouse, 240 W.
