SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions, provisions, and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust dated March 22, 2004 executed by William Adams and Tiffany Warren to William B. Bryant, Trustee for the use and benefit of Bank of Collinwood, Office of Bank of Waynesboro, and recorded in Record Book 153, Page 251, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee to secure the indebtedness therein described, and the entire indebtedness having been called due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and said payment not having been made; and

NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the
Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, May
18, 2020, at 8:30 AM in the council meeting
room of the Lawrenceburg Municipal Building,
located at 25 Public Square.

The board will hear the request from Charlie
Loyd concerning his property at 501 Jackie
Drive. Mr. Lloyd is requesting a variance of

accessory structure. The present minimum

Please take noticed that on the 22 day of April, 2020, a Complaint to Quiet Title was filed in this Court against you praying that the title to real estate conveyed by Tax Deed located at 227 Vine Circle, Loretto, TN, Map 151B, Group A, Parcel 22.00 in which you have or may have an interest or right. The Plaintiff seeks to have title to the property quieted and Plaintiff be declared the true and lawful owner of said property.

You must plead, answer, or except to same as provided by law, or the Complaint will be taken as confessed against you.
