Default having been made in the terms, conditions, provisions, and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust dated March 22, 2004 executed by William Adams and Tiffany Warren to William B. Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the
Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, May
18, 2020, at 8:30 AM in the council meeting
room of the Lawrenceburg Municipal Building,

The Plaintiff seeks to have title to the property quieted and Plaintiff be declared the true and lawful owner of said property.

You must plead, answer, or except to same as provided by law, or the Complaint will be taken as confessed against you.
