Ernest Samuel Cockrell, age 73 passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at his home in Ethridge, TN.
He was born on April 16, 1947 in Summertown, TN. He was divorced. He retired from Murray Ohio and was of Methodist Faith. He loved yard sales, auctions, and antiques.
He was preceded in death by his father: Lenorad Cockrell; mother: Goldie Cockrell; brothers: Larry Cockrell, Jimmy Cockrell, William Cockrell, Sherald Cockrell; sisters: Ruby Cockrell Manning, Jewel Isbell
He is survived by his step-daughters: Sheryl Gambrell, Brenda Podruchny (Allen); brothers: Bobby Cockrell (Wanda), Roy Cockrell (Carol Ann), Jerry Cockrell, Danny Cockrell (Debbie), Steve Cockrell; sisters: Margie Cockrell Williams (Charles), Wanda Cockrell Moore, Linda Cockrell Bryson (Larry), Connie Cockrell Davis (Barry); grandchildren: Cherie Weaver (Joe), Kent Gambrell (Reanna), Keith Gambrell; great-grandchildren: Krysten, Jerrytt, Austin, Tye, Alexis, Adreanna, Jeffrey, Tommy; several nieces and nephews.
