Ashley Rose Dancison

Ashley Rose Dancison, age 15, of Leoma, TN passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, TN.  She was a native of Pittsburgh, PA, and a sophomore at Lawrence County High School.  Ashley was a member of the LCHS Dance Team, Key Club, Catholic Youth Organization (CYO), and Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg.

She is survived by her parents, Thomas J. Dancison, Jr., Esq. and Karen Marcucci Dancison of Leoma, TN; four sisters, Kylie Dancison and Casey Dancison, both of Leoma, TN, Deana Garrott (Phillip) of Thompson’s Station, TN, and Claire Leezer (Jon) of Brentwood, TN; one brother, Thomas J. Dancison III of Leoma, TN; grandmother, Lillian H. Dancison of Pittsburgh, PA; aunts, Julie Dancison and Kathleen Herbert (Tom), both of Pittsburgh, PA; uncles, Frank Marcucci (Kathy) of Jensen Beach, FL, Dr. James Marcucci (Lisa) of Pittsburgh, PA, Donald Marcucci of Orlando, FL, John J. McNally of Pittsburgh, PA, Daniel McNally (Laura) of Pittsburgh, PA, and David McNally (Denise) of Evans City, PA; several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, June 18, 2020, and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, June 19, 2020, at Neal Funeral Home.  A rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2020.  Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 10:30 AM Saturday, June 20, 2020, with Father Joseph Mundakal officiating.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.  Family suggests memorials be made to the Ashley Rose Dancison Foundation for the LCHS Dance Team c/o Harwell & Plant, 225 Mahr Avenue, P.O.
