Reba Jane “Janey” Daughtry, age 59, of Five Points, TN passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, former employee of Murray Ohio, and medical records clerk at Southern TN Regional Health System and Countryside Healthcare.
She was preceded in death by her father: Benny Thomas Cozart; two brothers: Gary Cozart and Gene Cozart; and one sister: Cary Cozart.
She is survived by her husband: Pat Daughtry of Five Points, TN; two daughters: Patricia Nicole Long (Casey) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Claire Danielle Daughtry (D.J.) of Murfreesboro, TN; her mother: Sadie Cozart of Ethridge, TN; special grandson: Kal-El Patrick Long of Lawrenceburg, TN; seven brothers: Grady Cozart, Jerry Cozart, Eddie Cozart, Kenneth Cozart,  James Cozart all of Lawrenceburg, TN, Charlie Cozart, and Thomas Cozart both of  Ethridge, TN; four sisters: Mary Caperton and Lisa Cozart of Ethridge, TN, Diane Cozart of and Carolyn Collier of Lawrenceburg; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Reba Jane “Janey” Daughtry were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 with Lewis Collier officiating. Interment followed at Union Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
