Nancy Elizabeth Lanning Crowder, age 84, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020 at her residence.
She was a proud military wife and a retired teacher from LCHS. She was of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Lt. James D. Crowder, a retiree of the United States Navy; parents: George and Flora Lanning; two brothers; one sister.
She is survived by her son: Kenneth A. Crowder (Linda); daughters: Karen Crowder, Caroline Crowder Mapes (Tritt); one brother; four sisters; grandchildren: Schuyler Floyd (Emily), Caitlin Crowder, Dunn Crowder, Cooper Mapes, Keegan Mapes, Mackenzie Mapes; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services for Nancy Elizabeth Lanning Crowder will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the LCHS Athletic Department or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
