Billy J. Clark, age 90, of Leoma, TN passed away Friday, August 7, 2020.
He was a native of New Hope, AL, retired field manager from Tennessee Farmers Co-op, and a member of Calvary Hill Church of God. Mr. Clark served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Alton G. Clark, Sr., and Vesta “Sis” Dickey Clark; two brothers: Tillman Clark and James Bailey Clark; and one grandson: Kyle Huntzinger.
He is survived by his wife: Kay Beard Clark of Leoma, TN; one daughter: Dawn Clark of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons: Dan Clark (Jennifer) of Oviedo, FL and Shaen Clark (Casey) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother: Alton “Buddy” Clark, Jr. (Kathie) of Birmingham, AL; eight grandchildren: Brent, Caroline, Ann-Elise, Taylor, Emmy, Drake, Cody, and Aidan; one nephew: Chris Clark (Amber) of Birmingham, AL; three nieces: Patsy Coker (Eddie) of Huntsville, AL, Mary Nell Cole of New Hope, AL, and Beth Clark of Huntsville, AL; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Rex and June Underwood of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Funeral services for Billy J. Clark were conducted at First Baptist Church of Lawrenceburg at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 with Jeff Vanlandingham and Chad Moore officiating. Interment followed at Dunn Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with military honors. Family suggests memorials be made to the charity of your choice. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
