Marie Haygood Huntley, age 93, of Leoma, TN passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at STRHS-Lawrenceburg following a brief illness.
She was a native of Killen, AL, a homemaker, and attended Lindsey Grove Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas Vernon Huntley; parents: R.H. and Ovie Ross Haygood; brothers Elburn and Buddy; and sisters: Edith Shults and Nella Robbins.
She is survived by her daughter: Veronica Huntley Wilburn (Terry), Leoma, TN; brother: J.C. Haygood (Hilda), Atlanta, GA; sister: Myrtle Kimbrel, Leoma, TN; three grandchildren: Katrina Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN and Tamisha Wilburn and Dustin Wilburn of Leoma, TN; five great-grandchildren: Tanner, Logan, Shelbie, Gracie and Hope; three great-great-grandchildren: Tywyn, Hunter and Asa.
Graveside services and burial for Marie Haygood Huntley were held Friday, August 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Cemetery with Dustin Wilburn officiating. Loretto Memorial Chapel was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be offered by way of: www.lorettomemorialchapel.com.
